Adopt Gacha Info

Adopt Gacha is a way for new attendees to participate in the fandom, but also for long time attendees to collect a fun design.The adopts are $30 for 3 rolls, where you pick from one. One character includes a ref sheet, adoption certificate, badge, and a contact for me to send the files over.you can view ALL SERIES of past adopt gacha on this link! (goes to toyhou.se)I make around 20/75 that are on theme to the convention.

Previous events

General1. By commissioning the artist you accept all TOS after the invoice is sent.2.The artist is allowed to deny commission or work for any reason and does not have to disclose why.3.The artist will draw any species of animal, though the commissioner must be aware that if the species is not specified, the artist will draw the generic animal that it looks like.4.It is the commissioners responsibility to provide the artist with a clear reference and all required information for the commission. If the commissioner has nothing in mind, the artist is allowed to take creative liberty on their behalf.5.Sketches will be sent depending on how large the piece is. Typically no sketches are sent, so if you need to see one just confirm anything, please let the artist know.6.Sketch remakes and finished art changes are limited to two edits, any further changes to the art will be charged. Edits after more than 24 hours updates are not permitted.7.If the commissioner is unreachable for more than a month, the artist has the right to cancel the commission and only be paid for what work they did. If the commissioner is unreachable for longer, or if the art is finished and the commissioner does not reply after more than a month, no refunds or credit will be given.8.If the commissioner is buying artwork for a 3rd party, the artist has the right to ask or find the contacts of the 3rd party to confirm permission. This is case by case basis and not always required. If the artist can not confirm with the 3rd party, the commission may be refused. This is just to protect people from awkward situations.9.All finished artwork created for the commission will be sent high-quality though Vgen delivery, or google drive.10.Commissioner can request a drive link to a folder containing all their art in one place.11.All artwork and the artist creates, commission or not, is not permitted to be used for commercial purposes without written permission. All artwork is also not permitted to be minted or used as a NFT (Non-Fungible Token), as well as any memecoin etcetera. Commissions may not be used for AI training.Payment1.All payment referred to in this TOS is taken through vgen, paypal, or etransfer. The artist vgen will have slightly different TOS.2.Payment plans are only available on orders 500.00$+3.The commissioner must pay though Vgen, paypal, or etransfer. any other form of payment is not allowed, and the commission will be cancelled.4.Artwork will not be started until commissioner has paid at least 50%5.All payment is due on invoice. If it is not paid within two weeks of when the invoice was sent, the commission will be canceled.6.Refund policy is based on how far along the art is at time of refund request. No work done is 100% refund, sketch done is 50% refund, colours done is 25% refund. Any artwork done beyond that is not eligible for a refund. If you still want to cancel the work past the colouring stage, commissioner will only receive the art flat colour as a file and a .png.Commission Process1.All commission details will be sent through the original form of contact. The artist has the right to deny service or cancel if the commissioner tries to contact them through several platforms.2.If the commissioner contacts the artist excessively while their commission is being worked on, they will be warned. Beyond that, the artist has the right to deny and refund the remaining work on the spot.3.If the commissioner does not respect boundaries set by the artist, the commission may be terminated with the remaining work refunded. (see above, payment:6)4.The commissioner will receive a watermarked file of their commission when it is finished. If you are posting the finished work to your socials, please remember to add appropriate credit to the best of your extent.
